"I wasn't getting the results I wanted..." - What Hannah did to change that!

Hannah had been in and out of ‘using’ gyms for around 20 years, but every time, she would shy away for using all of the facilities quite simply because she would have no idea what she was supposed to do with them…

Likewise, even when she was given an exercise programme, she would quickly become bored, end up doing the same things each week and never really challenging herself.
 
As a result, she was NOT getting the results that she wanted.
 
By having a personal trainer, Hannah now has someone to push her, to give her that confidence boost and help her think “You can do this!”
 
Since training, she has become far more active that she was in her 20s! Taking part in a few tough mudders each year and even completing her first half marathon last year!
