How Greg Is Getting Back On Track With His Fitness Post-Lockdown

After a long lockdown of living on his own..
 
Just like many of us, Greg formed new habits and a new routine, that were no longer making him feel good.
 
However... he saw the light at the end of the tunnel and knew that as soon as he got back into the gym with us, he'd get right back on track!
 
And THAT IS WHAT HE DID....
 
 
 

 

"Despite having put on so much weight, I feel comfortable in this gym environment"
 
Determined to no longer look for the 'Quick Fix' and instead turning up again and again, he knew would get those results he's after! (We are VERY proud)
 
We have no doubt in his ability to reach his goal, and we're very glad to be a small part of it 🎉
