  • Oranges, peeled & segmented
  • 500g Stawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 250g seedless Grapes
  • 2 Apples, cored & sliced
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled & chopped
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • squeeze of Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Mix honey with lemon juice.
  2. Assemble all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over the honey dressing & toss the ingredients to cover.
