- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Chilli
- Coconut Oil
Method
- Mix together 1tbsp of Dijon Mustard with 1tbsp of tomato purée, 1tsp coriander & 1tsp chilli.
- Rub over chicken breasts.
- Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes before cooking with coconut oil on a griddle.
