Tim, our trainer from Bedford DVCC runs through a full body stretch, that we recommend to do in the morning.
 
Stretching is vital for recovery, healthy joints and keeping you mobile.
 
It's a hard time right now, especially during these colder months, but just as we encourage in our
Virtual Gym ensuring you move daily will be vital for keeping you healthy and active.

- Neck - Neck Rolls x5 per side
- Scapular - Rotations x5 per side
- Shoulders - Rotations x5 per side
- Spine - Thoracic Rotations x5 per side
- Hip - Rotations x5 per leg
