Emily Shares her Experience with The DVCC

In November 2016, after months of being bigger than I wanted to be, I decided to join the local gym. Something I never thought I would do.

I've always enjoyed exercise classes, but felt the gym environment wasn't for me.
With the run-up to Christmas I wasn't a regular goer, so decided to push harder in the new year.

I was spending 1-2hrs there 3-4 times a week, plus my pole fitness class, but not seeing any results.

In April I hyperventilated in a Spin Class and that was the turning point. I got in contact with The DVCC and booked in for a 30 day Body transformation trial.


From my first assessment I was made to feel welcome, understood and like I wasn't alone.

I need someone to push me and there is no shortfall here. Each and every one of the the trainers and clients are friendly, encouraging and make the centre enjoyable.

Since joining, not only do I feel healthier and fitter, but I feel more confident and happier. 

Plus there's the added bonus of trimming down weekly and it's all thanks to DVCC Bedford!
