Dyan lives a busy life, balancing a highly demanding career, charity work, a family and her own luxury time can be tough going!

So she needed something that suited HER schedule.

About a year a go, she made the realisation that she was becoming less confident in her body’s capabilities, more often she was finding herself saying she CAN’T do something rather than she CAN.
 
It was time for that to change!
 
Almost immediately Dyan began seeing results and since May last year, has managed to lose over 1 and a half stone! When she first came, she would struggle with 2 kilo weights, now she is lifting 10-12 kilograms with ease…All because those around her helped give her the confidence she needed to say she COULD.
