For the last 30 years, our member Dilip, has been a full time consultant in obstetrics & gynaecology..

Dilip told us how it definitely took a toll on his physical and mental health, mainly due to sleeplessness...

Now, he has gone part time, meaning he's no longer on-call over night...

So he has the extra time to himself and therefore has time to give back to his own physical and mental health...

"This is what brought me here..."

"I have always done a lot of walking and I have swam a bit over the years.
But, weight training was what I needed to start..."

"My main goal was to improve fitness & energy, improve muscle mass and improve my posture!"

"I did the 6 week trial and I just loved it, I didn't realise you could gain so much from a little bit of discomfort."

"Mentally I feel very well, the smile on my face is most of the days."

"When I walk out of The DVCC, I feel all of the dopamine and endorphins..
And my fitness level is improving and lifting heavier weights each time!"
