PEOPLE OF FITNESS - "I used to go to the gym, but found 1 hour workouts turned to 3 because of all the talking I did! 

My name is Darryll and I’m 33. I joined the DVCC about 6 weeks ago. I got bored of the commercial gyms. 

I needed a bit more 1-1 and a bit more pushing. I went to your typical virgin type of gym.

I was in there most days but it became more of a social thing where an hour of workout would take me three hours to talk, and I’d not break my get much of a workout from that. 

DVCC is different because I come in and the fitness instructor will push me to my limits and then on the last sets or reps, they make me push further. So I get more out from the workout. 

How do I feel? I feel happy, I like to come in and have a good chinwag with the people and with the trainers beforehand. 

I’m happy I’ve got a routine that seems to be working. It’s fun, it’s motivational and the people I’ve met here have all had good results, my results are starting to work, and it’s pressureless, you know? I turn up because I want to turn up and I want to get a good workout.

The Training Gyms is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it in a normal big box gym.
