Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 50g Almond Flour
- 150g Coconut Flour
- 50g Sultanas
- 50g Sesame Seeds
- 50g Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 100g runny Honey
- 50g melted Coconut Oil
- 100g unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
- 4 Egg Whites
- 100g 85% Dark Chocolate
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except chocolate together. Press into square (flapjack) ceramic or silicon tray.
- Chill in fridge for one hour.
- Melt 100g dark chocolate. Pour over set mix. Chill for 10 minutes. Roll into 24 bite size balls before chocolate sets hard.
