Leading an incredibly busy lifestyle, Claire frequently finds herself flying all over the world, travelling around a lot and living in hotels. (less so nowadays!)

 


She had tried all of the diets, but nothing was working for her.

Or so she thought - But instead of accepting that she couldn’t eat healthily whilst away or that she would have to starve herself to see results, Claire decided it was time to try focusing on something more sustainable!

By working 1:1 with a DVCC nutrition coach, with weekly virtual accountability meetings and by introducing basic dietary habits that work around her and her family, Claire has continued to achieve amazing results and lose over a stone…even during the lockdown!
