…The only problem was that he lacked the motivation of going to a ‘normal’ gym. He would pick up a weight, put it down, and quickly fall into a routine where he was not challenging himself.

Now Andy is part of a group of likeminded, supportive individuals where, no matter what time of day, he is greeted with a room full of smiles and enthusiasm!
His energy levels have improved, he is continuously progressing towards his goals and feeling more and more productive with every session!
