Today we're looking to get your morning off to a great start!

This simple morning routine takes just 5 minutes and will open up all of those stiff joints and get you ready to take on the day ahead.

We'll be doing: 

💪🏻Neck rotations x5 each way
💪🏻Scapular rotations x5 each way
💪🏻Shoulder rotations x5 on each arm
💪🏻Thoracic rotations x5 each way
💪🏻Hip rotations x5 on each leg
