Deep breathing exercises are ideal for calming the mind and easing stress and anxiety. By concentrating on your breath, you can become more mindful and in tune with the present moment. It's a simple yet effective technique to improve your mood and can be done anywhere at any time.


Disconnect and explore nature

Give your screens a break and immerse yourself in the great outdoors. Studies show that spending time in nature can reduce depression and anxiety while increasing happiness and well-being. A stroll through the park or a visit to a nearby garden can make a world of difference! Even if you live in a busy city, there are usually green spaces nearby that you can visit to get some fresh air and sunlight.
