My name is Reeni Harania and I'm 36 years old. I did my months trial and then I have been a full member for about 2 months now.

I decided to join because I was a member of another gym but I felt I wasn't getting the results I wanted. All I sort of went and did was treadmill, cardio, rowing for 40 minutes and then I'd leave. I wasn't losing any weight, I wasn't toning up so I thought I'd give the DVCC a go. 

I wanted to get into weight training which I'd never done before because I always felt intimidated and seeing loads of guys training in the mirrors and that's why I felt the DVCC was different.

I feel brilliant since joining, in the last couple of months I've been coming probably about 4:5 times a week. I feel my energy levels are greater, my weight lifting ability is far greater than I ever thought it would be, every other week I'm achieving PB's which is excellent, I've lost about half a stone, which is brilliant for me but more importantly, I've lost body fat, as opposed to just weight.

I guess my happiest moment is the community of friends I've built and how it's nice to see the same faces and have a little chat with them during and after training in the short couple of months that I have been here.

I would definitely recommend the DVCC because the trainers are excellent, they are so motivating, the equipment is great the class times are suitable, the training sessions are good it's 50 minutes you're in and out and for me, because I use the one in St. Albans, as well as the one in Bedford, the fact that there is 2 locations is really handy for me.
