I joined 3 years ago. I joined because I needed help getting my fitness goals achieved, rather than on my own.
I trained at David Lloyd with a personal trainer but I couldn't afford the 1:1 personal training sessions, on a regular enough basis....So I decided to join DVCC so I could come & have someone train me on a regular basis.
I've lost 30lbs of fat, I feel a lot stronger and now I'm a bit more flexible since I've been doing the “mobilisation matrix”.
I enjoy it, it's a lot of buzz. I feel fit. It was recognising how well I've done over a long period of time.
It's when I look back at my weights, when I first joined compared to what they are now and seeing what a transformation I've actually gone through. Because at the time it feels a bit slow but when you look back over a time, it's really, really powerful!
Why would you recommend DVCC?
Because it works!
