REQUIREMENTS

You don’t have to have the perfect body or be the world’s greatest expert on nutrition to join our growing team. But you will need a passion for learning and helping people (including yourself) transform their bodies and lives forever! Maybe you’ve trained clients in the past, or worked as a freelance personal trainer and are seeking a stable position. Perhaps you’re just looking for a new career direction - we can offer all that and more.

As a New Client Assessor, you must be a people person above all. Be friendly and polite at all times and understand the pertinent questions we need to ask to correctly assess our new clients and offer the best program to suit their needs. The role involves some soft selling and upselling of our services, so you’ll need to be persuasive and not shy about asking for money!

This is a very highly paid role for our industry. Experience of fitness and customer service is valued, but not essential. Your positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help are far more important to us. We take client care very seriously at The DVCC and do our best to learn all we can about our members to help them achieve their goals.
