Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 6 large Eggs, hard boiled
- 2 tbsp extra light Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp English Mustard
- 1 tsp Dill, chopped
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
Method
- Slice the eggs in half lengthways. Scoop out yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks, Add all the remaining ingedients, except paprika, & mix well.
- Spoon back into egg whites. Sprinkle over paprika. Refridgerate for an hour before serving.
