- 1 tsp Flax Meal
- 2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 chopped Date
- 200ml Almond Milk
*can use gluten-free if required
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a jar. Add milk.
- Leave overnight in fridge.
