Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 500g Turkey Mince
- 150g Feta, crumbled
- 100g Green Olives, chopped
- 4 Spring Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried Oregano
- Black Pepper, to own taste
- 2 tsp Olive Oil, for greasing
Method
- Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Can also use a bbq.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta cheese, olives, oregano & pepper. Mix together, form into patties.
- Lightly oil the cooking grate or rack. Place patties on rack. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
