Coconut & Honey Protein Bites

  • 50g Almond Flour
  • 150g Coconut Flour
  • 50g Sultanas
  • 50g Sesame Seeds
  • 50g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 100g runny Honey
  • 50g melted Coconut Oil
  • 100g unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 100g 85% Dark Chocolate

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients except chocolate together. Press into square (flapjack) ceramic or silicon tray.
  2. Chill in fridge for one hour.
  3. Melt 100g dark chocolate. Pour over set mix. Chill for 10 minutes. Roll into 24 bite size balls before chocolate sets hard.
